How it Works

★ Send your request to imstilldesu@gmail.com - give a general idea of what you are looking for. I may request reference pictures - feel free to send them in opening email.

★ After we discuss what you want I will send you a price. I require at least HALF of the quoted price so that I can start your request. Once I receive payment I will begin working on the project.

>IF YOU REQUESTED A DRAWING/ILLUSTRATION<

★ Within 1-2 days I will send you a sketch of the drawing and request your feedback. You may request changes to the drawing at this point. Once I get your approval I will move on to inking and coloring.

★ Within another 1-2 days I will send you a copy of the inked and colored drawing with a watermark to you. You may still request changes at this point - however they may only be minor changes, such as changing a color or a small addition.

★ After I receive the remainder of the payment I will resend the the artwork to you without the watermark.

>IF YOU REQUESTED A RUG<

★ ALL MY RUGS ARE 100% WOOL YARN - I do not use acrylic.

★ I will begin working on the rug within 1 week with no ordering is needed, if I need to order supplies it will vary from 1 to 3 weeks for me to start - there is no further estimated timeline for rugs as it varies widely from project to project.

★ I send update images as I work on it

★ when the rug is completed I’ll send you final images and personally deliver or send the rig via post w/ tracking
